Ah, an old question finally answered. After all, Scrum is popular (the most popular, actually), well documented, and easily fakeable (yes, yes… 😂). It is outdated and limited in some aspects for sure, but maybe there is some use for it? In this video, I share with you three good use cases for Scrum.
- Fresh team and/or client that just starts with “agile.” It’s just much easier this way.
- Startup turning into scaleup when the need for some processes becomes painfully visible.
- Fixing and standardizing approach across the company, for whatever reason – it’s better to do it using something simple and recognizable, hence Scrum.
