Is Scrum a Good Framework? (Video)

Ah, an old question finally answered. After all, Scrum is popular (the most popular, actually), well documented, and easily fakeable (yes, yes… 😂). It is outdated and limited in some aspects for sure, but maybe there is some use for it? In this video, I share with you three good use cases for Scrum.

  1. Fresh team and/or client that just starts with “agile.” It’s just much easier this way.
  2. Startup turning into scaleup when the need for some processes becomes painfully visible.
  3. Fixing and standardizing approach across the company, for whatever reason – it’s better to do it using something simple and recognizable, hence Scrum.

Opinions are my own and not the views of my employers, customers, or clients.
